On January 16, 2010, Father Robert Nelson was appointed Parochial Administrator to St. Joachim, Pittsville, St. James, Vesper and Holy Rosary, Sigel with residence at St. James Parish rectory at Vesper. Growing up in a rural area and spending his priesthood serving in a rural area fits in well with his new assignment here in the Vesper area.
