<b>Greeting from Father Jude</b>
<br><br>
The parish, like the family, is the fundamental unit where our faith flourishes and the meaning of a
community flourishes. It is also our firm belief that the local parish is pivotal in its role of assisting
and strengthening the grace of individual and family members, as well as reaching out with
evangelizing grace to the surrounding community and thus the larger society. Just as in the time
of the Apostles, "the local parish today is at once a home for the members, a gracious inn for the
wayfaring traveler who shares our faith, and a welcoming refuge for the unchurched or homeless
of faith."
<br><br>
The goal of the parish community is to deepen our awareness of the community and to help
parish members experience community in practical ways, such as small group fellowship, social
and recreational activities, and parish celebrations. To foster a sense of belonging to all members
of the parish and to develop a formal process for better utilizing parishioner time, talent
and treasure.
<br><br>
This Parish provides a great fecundity for an ideal parish community. It is
a vibrant and an all-inclusive Catholic faith community with many opportunities to share time,
talent and treasure, and a family-friendly parish where: "The wolf live with the lamb, the panther
lie down with the kid, calf and fat-stock together, with a little boy to lead them. The cow and
bear gaze, ...... No hurt, no harm will be done" (Is 11:6-8).
<br><br>
We invite all who may want to join us to come in the spirit of "all give, all receive, and all
celebrate."
