Maple
Toast
Toast bread. Spread with
butter, sprinkle with a mixture of maple sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Broil until sugar melts and forms a crust.
Maple
Crumble
8-10 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 apples
1/2 c. maple syrup
Mix thoroughly,
softened butter with cracker crumbs. In a buttered oven dish place cored,
pared, and sliced apples. Pour maple syrup
over apples. Add crumb mixture and bake at 125 degrees for 25 min. Serve
with ice cream
Maple
Sundaes
Scoop desired amount of vanilla or maple nut ice cream in a bowl. Pour
desired amount of pure light to medium maple syrup on the ice cream.
Top with pure maple sprinkles or maple granola from the Maple Store.
Maple Baked Beans
1 48 oz. Plain Cooked ready-to-eat Randall’s Great Northern Beans
1 t. Salt
1 T. Molasses
1/2 c. Pure Maple Syrup or 1/3 c. Pure Maple Sugar
1/2 c. Catsup
1/2 c. Finely Chopped Onions
1 lb. Bacon (optional)
Fry bacon. Saute’ onions. Mix all above ingredients in a large
bowl.
1 28 oz. can Bush’s Original Baked Beans
Add 1 28 oz can Bush’s Original Baked Beans. Mix with above ingredients.
Place in a casserole dish in the oven at 350 degrees – heat approximately
1 hour. Little stirring is recommended so you do not mash the beans.
Heat only the desired amount. May be frozen before heating.

Maple
Rum Iced Coffee
1/4 c. whipped cream
1 c. dbl. strength coffee, cooled
1/4 c. half & half
3 T. maple syrup
1 1/2 T. rum or rum extract
sugar sprinkles
Whip cream to soft peaks;
set aside. Combine coffee, half & half, maple syrup and rum. Fill
tall glass with ice; pour mixture over ice. Top with whipped cream and
garnish with sugar sprinkles.
Maple Cream Frosting
Frost plain cake
donuts, cakes or muffins with pure maple cream.
Use maple sprinkles to decorate top and
add delicious crunch.
Ground
Beef Barbeque
3 lbs. Ground Beef
1 t. Dry Mustard
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 t. Salt
1/2 c. Celery (chopped)
1/2 t. Pepper
1/8 c. Maple Sugar
1/4 t. Chili Powder
1-12 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 c. Water
1 c. Catsup
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Brown beef, onions and celery in frying pan. Drain fat. Add remaining
ingredients to browned meat. Simmer on low heat to desired thickness,
but stir frequently to prevent scorching. This recipe should be simmered
for at least 1/2 hour or longer (the final taste will be worth it!)
